Joseph Hanna orchestrated the successful completion of a challenging 1600m twin elevated viaduct, integral to a 26 km highway on Oahu. Responding to a Value Engineering plan request, W&SCI, under Joseph Hanna’s guidance, reimagined the viaduct using sectional precast segments. The result was a project delivered six months ahead of schedule, showcasing design and construction innovation. The achievement earned an Award of Excellence from the Portland Cement Association, underscoring Joseph Hanna’s leadership and the project’s exceptional outcomes.
